We provide professional vehicle detailing, protection treatments, and aesthetic enhancements through our qualified technicians across England, addressing various automotive care needs from maintenance cleaning to comprehensive paint correction.


2. Service Scope and Realistic Outcomes

Our services include paint correction, ceramic coating application, interior deep cleaning, and various protection treatments. We focus on enhancing your vehicle's appearance and providing protective benefits using professional techniques and premium products.

While we provide expert detailing services, the final results can be influenced by your vehicle's existing condition, paint thickness, and previous treatments. We provide realistic assessments before commencing work.


3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure optimal detailing results and efficient service, customers agree to:

  • Disclose any known vehicle issues or previous damage
  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service
  • Inform us of any existing warranties or specific care requirements

6. Service Duration and Scheduling

We provide estimated completion times for detailing services, but these may vary based on vehicle condition, complexity of work, and product curing requirements. Complex services like multi-stage paint correction with ceramic coating require adequate time for proper application and curing.

We maintain communication regarding progress and will inform you of any significant changes to expected completion times.


7. Payment Terms and Fees

Detailing fees are payable upon vehicle collection or as arranged in advance for larger projects. We accept various payment methods including cash, card payments, and bank transfers. A deposit may be required for bookings exceeding £500 or requiring multiple days.

Storage fees may apply for vehicles left uncollected for more than 2 business days after completion notification without prior arrangement.


8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee if materials have been prepared specifically for your booking or if the allocated time cannot be rebooked.
